Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the CashMeOut website, the CashMeOut Discord server, and any paid CashMeOut membership. By joining the server or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 to use CashMeOut, and at least 21 (or the legal age where you live) to place any bet. You're responsible for following the laws where you live.

2. What CashMeOut is

CashMeOut is a community for talking sports, betting slips, prediction markets and crypto. We are not a sportsbook, we don't take bets or hold money, and we don't give financial, investment or legal advice. Everything shared is for entertainment and information only. No pick, slip or analysis is guaranteed, and past results don't predict future ones. You make your own decisions and accept all risk.

3. Memberships and billing

• CashMeOut Core and CashMeOut VIP are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
• The 48-Hour VIP Pass is a one-time payment that gives VIP access for 48 hours and doesn't renew.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card details.
• You need a CashMeOut account (signed in with Google) to buy a plan. Paid access is delivered as a role in the CashMeOut Discord, so you need to connect your Discord account to receive it.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you before a change affects your renewal.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. All payments are final and non-refundable, as described in the refund policy.

5. Your membership is personal

Your membership is for you only. Don't share your account, login or access, and don't create extra accounts to get around a restriction or ban.

6. No leaking

Picks, slips, screenshots, analysis and other paid content are for active members only. You may not screenshot, forward, repost, sell or otherwise share CashMeOut content outside the server, or claim it as your own. CashMeOut may use watermarks or other identifiers to protect its content. Removing or hiding them to redistribute content is prohibited.

7. Community rules

Follow the rules posted in the server's #rules-and-disclaimer channel and Discord's own policies. No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, unauthorized advertising, or requests for money or account access.

8. Removal

We may remove content, remove paid access, or ban anyone who breaks these terms or the community rules. Removal for a violation isn't refunded.

9. Other services

CashMeOut runs on third-party services, including Discord, Whop and bots such as GamblyBot. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions. Links to sportsbooks or other sites are provided for convenience only.

10. Disclaimers and liability

CashMeOut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, CashMeOut isn't liable for any losses, including betting or trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. If we're found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll post it in the server's announcements. Continuing to use CashMeOut after a change means you accept the updated terms.
