Refund policy

What's covered

This policy applies to every CashMeOut purchase: CashMeOut Core, CashMeOut VIP, the 48-Hour VIP Pass, and any future plan.

No refunds

Membership gives you immediate access to members-only content the moment your payment goes through. Because of that, we don't refund:

• Monthly subscription payments, including the first payment and renewals.
• The 48-Hour VIP Pass, once purchased.
• Partial months, unused time, or days you didn't open the server.
• Plans you forgot to cancel before they renewed.
• Picks, slips or plays that lost. No pick is guaranteed.
• Memberships removed for breaking the Terms or community rules, including leaking or sharing paid content.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, your plan won't renew and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged after you cancelled, message an Admin in the CashMeOut Discord within 7 days of the charge. We'll review it and correct verified billing errors.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If you dispute a valid charge, we may remove your membership and server access while the dispute is open, and we may respond to the dispute with records of your purchase and access.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
