Privacy policy

This policy explains what information CashMeOut collects when you use our website, join our Discord, or buy a membership, and how we use it. We keep it to what we need to run the community.
What we collect
- Purchase details from Whop, our payment provider: your name, email, the plan you bought, and payment status. Whop handles your card and payment details. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Discord details when you connect your account: your Discord username and ID, so we can give you the right role.
- Account details when you sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture, plus the first name and last initial you enter. Your sign-in session is stored in a secure cookie in your browser.
- Server activity: messages and content you post in the CashMeOut Discord are visible to other members and stored by Discord.
- Basic technical logs from our website host, Netlify, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To give you access to the plan you paid for and keep your Discord role in sync.
- To show and manage your membership on the account page.
- To answer support questions and fix billing errors.
- To enforce our Terms and community rules, including protecting paid content from leaks.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run CashMeOut: Whop (payments and memberships), Discord (the community), and Netlify (website hosting). We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect CashMeOut and its members.
How long we keep it
We keep membership and billing records for as long as you're a member and as long afterwards as needed for accounting, legal and dispute purposes.
Your choices
- Sign out on the account page to clear your sign-in cookie.
- Cancel your plan anytime from the account page.
- Delete your account anytime from the account page. This erases your CashMeOut account data. Payment records kept by Whop, and records we must keep for legal reasons, may remain.
Age
CashMeOut is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
